- Obv: Curving die gouge in hair at back of head west of E of LIBERTY.
- Rev: Die gouge (dot) in field above and between T and S of CENTS; another between lower part of T and S; die gouge (dot) to left of bottom of C of CENTS; die gouge (dot) inside second U of PLURIBUS.
