A strong CCW spread from a pivot at 9 o’clock shows on  LIBERTY, the star, the date, the queue and IN.

Markers: 

  • Obv:  Die scratch SE from under chin; long thin raised area from an apparent metal object which came between the hub and the die during the hubbing process shows on queue.
