1963 WDDR-031 Proof
Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
This variety was formerly listed as WDDR-268. It replaces the original
WDDR-031 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-001 below). Strong Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the right side of the building.
