1962 WDDR-031 Proof
Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
This variety was formerly listed as WDDR-140. It replaces the original
WDDR-031 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-002 below). Nice Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM.
