Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
This variety was formerly listed as WDDR-169. It replaces the original
WDDR-002 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-002 below). Close Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Markers:
- Obv: Die dot in field behind Jefferson's head and below ER of LIBERTY.
- Rev: Two short die gouges between L and U of PLURIBUS.
