Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
A very nice Class II spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FIVE CENTS, decreasing from left to right. Doubling also shows on M of MONTICELLO and the left side of the building. A very close spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, decreasing slightly from left to right.
Markers:
- Obv: None noted.
- Rev: Large die gouge (dot) almost centered inside left long window; light, almost diagonal die scratch to left of right arch; small die dot below and between E and P of E PLURIBUS UNUM.
