- Obv: Short vertical die gouge between centers of O and D of GOD; die gouge (dot) at center of depressed area to the right of Jefferson's eye; vertical die gouge in hair well east of B of LIBERTY.
- Rev: Short diagonal die gouge over left side of long right window.
