- Obv: Minor doubling on IN GOD WE TRUST. Too minor to list.
- Rev: Die scratch to left of F of FIVE; light die crack from D mint mark to rim; die scratch to upper left of first M of MONTICELLO; die crack from N of CENTS to last S of STATES. Possible RPM#8 D/D West.
