Markers:
- Obv: Two die scratches to left of I of IN; die dent to lower right of W of WE; die scratch connecting the tops of BE of LIBERTY.
- Rev: Die dot below M of UNUM; die dot below last O in MONTICELLO; slanted die scratch through first L of MONTICELLO.
- Possible D over S.
