- Obv: Listed as WDDO-012.
- Rev: Strong concentric die scratches at the rim throughout most of the upper reverse; E/W die scratch through the FI in FIVE; E/W die scratchs above the roof; parallel NW/SE die scratches above the right porch; die gouge above the N in MONTICELLO. Listed as WRPM-035.
