Class VIII doubling shows above the top step of the center steps
and on upper right portion of T of MONTICELLO. Very similar to WDDR-001, but definitely a different die.
Markers:
- Obv: Die scratches to left and below Jefferson's left eye.
- Rev: Small die gouge above T of MONTICELLO.
