Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
A nice spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and E PLURIBUS UNUM where it is difficult to distinguish because of its late die state (LDS). AMERICA appears to be tripled. Doubling shows on both sides of the building. A close spread shows on ELLO of MONTICELLO and FIVE CENTS where the upper left of T is tripled.
Markers:
- Obv: Diagonal die scratch between nose and TR of TRUST.
- Rev: Die gouge (dot) between upper portion of F of OF and first A of AMERICA.
