Class VIII doubling shows on the left side of the letters ICE of MONTICELLO. Very similar to 2023-P 5c WDDR-065.

- Rev: Die gouge on right side of L of PLURIBUS; die gouge above C of CENTS; two die gouges above right side of U of UNITED; die gouge in field above left side of roof.
