- Obv: Small die gouge inside U of TRUST; die scratch running south from bottom right of W of WE.
- Rev: The reverse is an RPM listed as 1945-P 5c WRPM-031, P/P East. Short die gouge running NNW/SSE above right arch; die gouge running NNW from steps on bottom right of building.
