Markers:
- Obv: Heavy die gouge from upper right portion of B of LIBERTY through upper left portion of E of LIBERTY to rim.
- Rev: Die dot between upper portions of second L and O of MONTICELLO; short die gouge extending from lower right portion of O of OF.
