An extremely strong CCW spread from a pivot at 10 oclock on an early hubbing shows on the right side of the building, FIVE CENTS, MONTICELLO and UNITED STATES OF. FIVE CENTS and UNITED STATES also show a Class II spread toward the center. E PLURIBUS UNUM shows a Class VI spread toward the center.
