Description: Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
A close spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and E PLURIBUS UNUM, increasing from left to right. Doubling also shows on the right side of the building and ELLO of MONTICELLO.
Markers:
- Obv: The obverse is a doubled die listed as 1971-S Pr 5c WDDO-027.
- Rev: Faint vertical die scratch above long right window; two almost vertical die scratches in lower portion of left arch.
