Class VIII (tilted hub doubling) shows as a portion of an extra branch below the third lowest branch on the left side of the target tree.
Markers:
- Obv: Diie dot below Jefferson's right nostril. Die crack on his upper lip.
- Rev: Series of die gouges to the right of the third lowest branch on the right side of the target tree. Short, vertical die gouge between the "A" and "T" of "STATES."
