Doubling shows as extra thickness on all the design elements on the reverse. Take care when attributing these "extra thickness" varieties as they are very similar in appearance. Rely on the die markers to distinguish between them.
Markers:
- Obv: Small die dot in the field east of Jefferson's left eye; small die dot below Jefferson's lower lip; short die gouge at the rim above and between the "D" of GOD and the "W" of WE.
- Rev: Small die dot above the "C" of OCEAN.
